METUCHEN, NJ - The San Antonio Athenians of United Women's Soccer (UWS) are off to scrimmage the Houston Dash of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). The match will kick off tonight at 6pm CST at Houston Sports Park (12131 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77045).

The Houston Dash are coming off a 1-0 victory over Sky Blue FC this past Saturday evening at Yurcak Field. The goal came late in the second half scored by Sofia Huerta. The Dash sit on four points and are undefeated to start the season, with a win over Sky Blue FC and a tie with Reign FC.

Meanwhile in UWS preseason, the San Antonio Athenians have been training hard in preparation for their upcoming season which kicks off in May. The Athenians previously hosted a friendly match in March against the historic Club de Fútbol Universidad Nacional A.C., Pumas UNAM (Mexico).
