United Women’s Soccer is excited to announce the addition of Troy City WFC to the Midwest Conference. Troy City WFC is based out of Southeast Michigan where they are coached and managed by the team owner, John Arndt. John is also lead trainer/owner of “John Arndt Training” which is a highly respected soccer training business based out of Troy, Michigan.
"We are very excited to join UWS this summer, Troy City WFC is looking forward to the challenge as an independent, non-affiliated club, and testing our skills and development against established clubs from around the state," stated team owner and head coach John Arndt.
With his local connections/partnerships with the Club and High School coaches in the community, it was only a logical choice to take the next step and provide this opportunity to a soccer rich city such as Troy. Troy City WFC is looking forward to connecting with the community, inspiring the next generation of soccer players, and providing a safe, competitive, fun environment for them to play.
“We are thrilled to add Troy City WFC to United Women’s Soccer. John Arndt has done a tremendous job training individual players for the next level and establishing this team is the perfect evolution as it will bring together a dynamic group of players together,” stated League Commissioner Joe Ferrara.
