EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The details have been set for the National Championship of the 2016 United Women’s Soccer (UWS) season. The West Conference champion Santa Clarita Blue Heat (4-1-3) will host the East Conference champion New Jersey Copa F.C. (8-1-1) on Saturday, July 30 at 5:00 PM (PDT) at The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA.
Santa Clarita were awarded the West title after last Sunday’s intense 2-2 draw between the Houston Aces (4-3-1) and Colorado Pride (2-4-2) that concluded conference play. New Jersey went undefeated in impressive fashion after losing their first East Conference match of the season.
